After years working in and running pub kitchens across regional Australia, Rhys now shares his take on classic Aussie pub dishes, recreating nostalgic favourites at home. He is currently developing this work into a cookbook centred on Australian pub grub.

Rhys is the author of Four Dogs Missing and is working on further crime novels, alongside a narrative non-fiction project exploring Mudgee’s wine culture. He also works as an independent bookseller at The Book Nest, where he connects readers with new and unexpected titles.
